About J Wright
J Wright is a New York based designer and artist with more than two decades of experience in graphic design and the creative arts. Mr. Wright is currently exploring custom, comic-based artworks, drawn and inked traditionally and colored digitally. With commissions from a world-wide clientele, Mr. Wright creates archival art prints of both small and oversized scale.
Mr. Wright also explores abstract inspirations, loosely representing those found on his time cycling near the shores of the Long Island Sound and the Pacific coastal waves of San Diego. Many of his paintings may integrate used bicycle parts or the sand, glass or other local objects. Currently residing in New York, Wright has also lived in Atlanta where he began his career as an artist/designer.
Mr. Wright holds a Masters degree from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University.
